Job summary

Xceltium is seeking a Head of Business Technology Delivery in Sydney. The role will own priority technology initiatives across ERP, POS, WMS and CRM, including ecommerce, digital platforms, integrations and reporting.

You’ll lead and develop a seven-person team and shape delivery priorities, capability and ways of working. You’ll work across internal operations and customer-facing technology, coordinating with engineering, data and architecture specialists as needed, with hybrid office/home

Qualifications

Senior technology delivery experience with a strong grounding in Business Analysis.
Experience leading people and delivering change across enterprise applications, digital platforms or reporting environments.
Experience with ERP, POS, WMS, ecommerce or other core business platforms.
Knowledge of AI and automation to improve BA productivity.
Comfort with ambiguity and stakeholder management to determine solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead a seven-person team across Business Analysis, digital delivery and reporting and own the team’s delivery backlog.
Prioritise, scope and sequence work against business needs and capacity.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors; plan testing, documentation and training for changes.
Collaborate with Digital, engineering, data and architecture specialists for complex solutions.
Ensure changes are ready to operate with proper handover and support.
