Job summary

Saasnine is seeking a Platform & Environment Manager to own the D365 & Azure landscape in a hybrid Perth setting. You’ll ensure the platform is stable, scalable, and evolving to support the business, acting as the bridge between Build & Run and prioritising platform product thinking.

Ideal candidates will have strong Dynamics 365 and Azure experience, ITIL knowledge, and a track record of leading teams in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure environments.
• Background in platform ownership, environment management, or IT operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the D365 & Azure platform environment.
• Driving stability, performance, and scalability across the ecosystem.
• Leading incident, problem, and change management (ITIL aligned).
• Managing environment strategy, releases, and operational readiness.
• Acting as the bridge between Build & Run teams.
• Overseeing platform enhancements and optimisation initiatives.
• Ensuring governance, compliance (SOC2), and risk management.
• Leading and developing a high-performing technical team.
