Zusammenfassung

NEPEAN is seeking an IT Senior Platform Engineer to provide Level 1–2 support in a Microsoft-centric enterprise and to administer Dynamics 365 in a global operations context. You will work across Windows, M365, Defender, and Entra ID while maintaining endpoints with NinjaOne and contributing to automation and security improvements.

You will join a team delivering high-value IT services across multiple regions, focusing on incident resolution, platform maintenance, and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifikationen

• 3–6+ years in IT Support / Service Desk / End User Computing roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting a Microsoft-based enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (Freshservice preferred) and RMM tools (NinjaOne preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 1–2 end-user support in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Administer and support Dynamics 365 environments, security roles, and access.
• Manage Active Directory/Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access configurations.
• Monitor endpoints with NinjaOne and handle patching and remediation.
• Respond to security alerts and contribute to governance and improvements.
