Job summary

WesCEF in Perth is seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, build and optimise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across the enterprise. You will deliver integrations, automations and data-driven improvements, collaborating with Product Owners, architects and delivery partners to create scalable digital platforms.

The role requires strong D365, Power Platform and Azure skills, hands-on coding in C#, .NET and SQL, and a pragmatic, security-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience developing Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform solutions.
Knowledge of Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, Azure services, APIs, plugins and integrations.
Understanding of solution architecture, security and application lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Agile delivery.
Experience supporting complex applications and working with external providers.
Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure solutions.
Build integrations, customisations, workflows and automations across enterprise systems.
Prepare solution designs, specifications, test plans and documentation.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for complex application and integration issues.
Support estimation, planning, testing, deployment, release and environment management.
Coordinate delivery, milestones, risks and dependencies with key partners.
Oversee service providers and implementation partners to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Monitor performance, complete root cause analysis and support upgrades.
Mentor team members and champion modern development practices, automation and reusable components.
