hipages is building a shared platform to empower engineers, product managers, designers and AI agents across teams. You’ll develop harnesses, plugins, MCP integrations, and AI-enabled CLIs, ensuring robust, observable features.

You’ll help enhance the SDLC tooling, CI/CD, and automation, delivering high-quality code and scalable infrastructure on AWS/Kubernetes. Join a high-impact team focused on DX and AX in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python.
• Experience building APIs and tooling for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, ship, and maintain harness and platform features: plugins, skills, MCP integrations, internal AI-enabled CLIs.
• Improve development experience with better tooling, higher test coverage and cleaner code and data structures.
• Wire up agent tooling: tool-use, scoped permissions, error handling and automated verification via Playwright and Maestro.
• Troubleshoot complex AI tooling issues across platform and product.
• Work with version control and CI/CD, deploy on AWS/Kubernetes with Terraform.
• Validate AI outputs for correctness and share useful AI use cases with peers.
