Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise platform infrastructure.
• Experience across Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong virtualization experience with VMware.
• Exposure to managed services and IT operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve enterprise platform infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Plan and implement infrastructure changes within approved windows.
• Develop automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Mentor Level 1 engineers and share expertise.
• Support security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
