Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced MS Engineer L2 to join the Network Operations Centre in Canberra. You will support enterprise platform infrastructure across Windows and Linux, drive automation, and operate in a 24x7 environment.

You will collaborate across IT operations, manage change, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security and compliance within a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise platform infrastructure.
• Hands-on Windows Server and Linux server administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Experience in managed services environments and production ops.
• Exposure to change control and ITIL-like frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support for enterprise platform infrastructure.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Plan and implement infrastructure changes in approved windows.
• Develop automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
• Mentor Level 1 engineers and support handover to projects.
