You will shape architecture two to three years ahead, ensure upgrades with zero downtime, and lead multi‑site release strategies while balancing reliability and cost. A senior, hands‑on leader is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering with principal-level experience.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
• Experience running a platform as a product with self-service through templates and API/CLI.
• Hands-on Kubernetes on multi-site and cloud/on‑prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the engineering platform across multiple sites and clouds.
• Design scalable, repeatable platform units and reference deployment kits.
• Lead decisions on Kubernetes, network, upgrades, and recovery with minimal downtime.
• Oversee packaging, release, and progressive rollout with rollback safety.
• Promote self-service via API, CLI, and developer portal; maintain production readiness and security standards.
