BuiltSTRONG Recruitment is partnering with an established and highly regarded residential building group to recruit an experienced Pre-Construction Coordinator for its social and community housing division.
With a strong pipeline of residential projects across Melbourne, this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering much-needed housing while working within a supportive and experienced team.
We're looking for someone who understands the complexities of residential construction, particularly town planning, building permits and navigating projects through the pre-construction process.
Importantly, experience within social housing isn't essential. Candidates from townhouse developments, medium-density residential projects and knockdown rebuild (KDRB) backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
You’ll coordinate the pre-construction process, working closely with consultants, authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently from contract through to construction commencement.

You’ll ideally have experience in residential pre-construction, planning and permits coordination, or a similar project delivery role.
Experience with ClickHome or similar residential construction software would be advantageous but isn't essential.
You don't need to come from a social housing background but if you have a passion for socially impactful projects that would be highly advantageous!
Your ability to navigate planning complexities, manage permits and get residential projects ready for construction is what matters most.
