Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Planner for up to 12-month parental leave coverage in NSW. The role focuses on managing planning applications, acting as expert witness in Land and Environment Court matters, and providing planning advice to residents.
You will join a high-performing Development Assessment unit and use Technology One, Content Manager, or Objective Trapeze to support timely, accurate assessments. A tertiary Town Planning qualification and NSW Driver's Licence are required.

Salary Range: $105821.37 to $122981.63 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

We are looking for DA Planners with range of skills and experience in development assessment, ready to hit the ground running in one of the top performing Development Assessment units in NSW, assisting with the processing of a high volume of work during a period of internal and external change.
