Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Specialist Development Application Lodgement Officer to manage the administrative components of Development Applications and coordinate between Assessment Officers and the community.
The role involves preliminary reviews, ensuring information is complete, referrals carried out, and exhibition completed, with strong NSW Planning Act and policy interpretation, plus delivering efficient administrative support within the Development Assessment unit.
Title: Specialist Development Application Lodgement Officer,Permanent - Full-time Role, 35hours per week
Salary Range: $96,309.15 to $111,927.21 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
