Job summary

NCN Health invites expressions of interest for Administration Assistant – Planned Surgery Access in Numurkah (Theatre). This is a 12-month fixed term part-time appointment commencing January 2027, with an hourly rate in the $28.8626–$34.0053 range plus 12% super.

The role supports BAU waitlist management and provides high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Planned Surgery Access team, working with clinical staff to ensure timely, accurate steps in the pathway.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent, or admin experience within 3 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new programs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support waitlist management and BAU operations for Planned Surgery Access.
• Provide administrative and customer service support to the team.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to complete steps in the planned surgery pathway.
