As a Plan Management Support Officer, you will play an important role in supporting NDIS participants by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining client records, and providing excellent customer service to clients and service providers.

Please note: The role is currently based in Morwell. Our office location is expected to change in early 2027.

We are looking for someone who is:
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies, with confidence using computers and Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience or exposure to finance administration or accounts processing
Understanding of the NDIS, disability services, or NDIS Plan Management (desirable)
Previous experience in a professional, volunteer, or customer service role (advantageous)
Demonstrated commitment to organisation, efficiency, professionalism, accuracy, and initiative
Appointments are available to Australian Residents or to those who hold the right to work in Australia. Offer of employment is subject to two satisfactory professional reference checks. Applicants will be subject to a probation period of six months.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including NDIS Worker Screening. and Working With Children Check clearance. In some instances, pre-employment medical clearance may be requested.
