You will manage staff, coordinate with departments, and ensure consistent customer experiences that reflect our brand and values. RSA & Food Safety certifications are essential, with 3+ years of management in hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of QSR/casual dining restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Professional communication skills, oral and written.
• Degree or certification in Business Management and/or Hospitality desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff, including induction and ongoing development.
• Oversee daily venue operations and ensure high quality customer experiences.
• Manage P&L, budgets, labor costs and food costs in line with targets.
• Maintain health and safety standards and HACCP procedures.
