Job summary

Johnny's Green Room in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to keep busy services running smoothly, lead a vibrant floor team and deliver fantastic service with a fun atmosphere.

You will manage rosters, hosting and reservations, and day-to-day operations, staying calm under pressure and modelling proactive leadership that helps the venue grow while guests feel welcome, with a focus on guest experience and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have previous restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Strong experience in rostering, floor management, hosting and team leadership.
• Organised, proactive and confident making decisions.
• Natural people person who loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys looking after guests.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example during busy services.
• Excellent communicator with a positive attitude and sense of humour.
