Job summary

ROCOCO, a renowned Melbourne hospitality group, is seeking a proactive Venue Manager for our busy Point Cook venue. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire a team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences through hands-on leadership and sharp operational standards.

With proven experience in high-volume venues, you will coach staff, optimize rosters, maintain health and safety compliance, and drive customer satisfaction while achieving business KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Venue or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue.
• Exceptional people leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for hospitality and a strong customer service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and elevating customer service standards while upholding company systems and procedures.
• Coordinating and managing all front-of-house operations.
• Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff, including performance reviews and fostering a strong team culture.
• Creating efficient rosters in line with the Restaurant Industry Award.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, RSA, and workplace regulations.
• Controlling operational costs and promoting efficient practices.
• Implementing and supporting local area marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed business KPIs.
