Job summary

Positano Ristorante seeks a highly experienced General Manager for a new, high-end Italian venue in Sydney. The successful candidate will take ownership from pre-opening through day-to-day operations, leading a large FOH and bar team with a strong focus on premium service and commercial performance.

The role demands hands-on leadership, system-building, and a proven track record of opening or managing premium venues, with RSA and WHS compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, premium restaurants.
• Experience with new venue openings is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• RSA, WHS and restaurant compliance knowledge.
