Job summary

Piling & Concreting Australia is seeking experienced piling rig operators to join our fast-growing division. You’ll operate piling rigs, travel to sites along the East Coast, and work with a crew to deliver projects safely and to spec.

Ideal candidates have piling rig experience (Soilmec, Casagrande), a valid Construction Industry Induction Card, and an Australian driver’s license with own transport. Long-term career with a leader in ground engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience with bored, CFA or secant piling is welcomed.
• Must have Construction Industry Induction Card and Australian driver’s license.
• Experience operating piling rigs and offsiding piling rigs is essential.

Responsibilities

• On the tools, you'll be running PCA's piling rigs and offsiding where needed.
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects safely and to specification.
• Attend to travel and living on site when required as part of rostered projects.

PCA's piling division is growing fast and we're after people who are ready to grow with us

With offices based in both the Gold Coast QLD & Sydney NSW, we've landed multiple new contracts working the length of the East Coast, and we need experienced Piling Rig Operators who want more than just a job.

We're after people who want a serious, hands-on role across PCA's fleet of piling and drilling equipment,and who are genuinely up for travel and working away; we go where the work is!

Current work locations covering; Cairns, Gold Coast + Central to Northern NSW

The Role:

On the tools, you'll be running PCA's piling rigs and offsiding where needed, working closely with your crew to get the job done safely and to spec.

If you're reliable, level-headed and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!

Experience with bored, CFA or secant piling? Even better; that's highly regarded.

• Construction Industry Induction Card
• Australian Driver’s license with own transport
• Experience operating piling rigs(Soilmec, Casagrande)
• Experience offsiding piling rigs (at least one year)
• Experience with CFA Piling, Bored Piers and Sheet Piling
• Core belief in safety at the workplace
• Drug and alcohol-free status
• Excellent temperament with a team player attitude
• Punctuality to work site
• Up for rostered projects, including travel + living on site when required - this one is a must!
• Experience operating general construction machinery such as concrete pumps and grout pumps, etc.
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Excavator, Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform tickets
• Dogman and HRW tickets
