Job summary

Piling & Concreting Australia is seeking an experienced Concrete Line Pump Operator to join our dynamic team. You will take the controls on pump operation, thickness testing and training while upholding a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

You will travel along the East Coast, lead by example, and contribute to high-quality outcomes on piling and shotcreting projects. A fit, safety-focused, team-oriented candidate is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating concrete line pumps in piling and shotcreting work is a must.
• HR Truck Licence is required.
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and own transport are essential.
• White Card is required.
• Willingness to roster and live on site when needed.
• Candidate must be fit, safety-conscious and a genuine team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate PCA's concrete line pump across piling and shotcreting projects.
• Conduct concrete pump line thickness testing.
• Train and mentor newer team members in pump operation and maintenance.
• Lead by example on safety, quality and site procedures.
• Work across projects at various locations along the East Coast.

With offices based in both the Gold Coast QLD & Sydney NSW, we've landed multiple new contracts working the length of the East Coast, and we need experienced Concrete Line Pump Operators who want more than just a job.

We're after someone who wants a serious, hands-on role leading a team in all aspects of operation on the pump,and who is genuinely up for travel and working away; we go where the work is!

Current work locations covering; Cairns, Gold Coast + Central to Northern NSW

The Role

As a Concrete Line Pump Operator with PCA, you'll join a dynamic team and take the controls on pump operation and concrete pump line thickness testing. You’ll train up our newer team members in operation and maintenance and set the tone for a strong safety culture across every site.

Some Of The Must Haves

• Prior experience operating concrete line pumps in piling and shotcreting work is a must!

• Up for rostered projects, including travel + living on site when required
• Fit, safety-conscious, and ready to get stuck in
• Reliable and a genuine team player. Our crews are tight knit!
