Job summary
Piletech is seeking experienced Piling Operators and Leading Hands for full-time roles across South East Queensland. You will work on civil and piling projects, with some away work, and competitive hourly rates.
Responsibilities include operating excavators and piling equipment, leading small site crews, reading plans, ensuring safety, and coordinating daily operations. Australian residents only applies per note.
Qualifications
- Experience in piling is highly advantageous and preferred.
- Experience operating excavators and/or piling equipment.
- Leading Hand or supervisory experience desirable for senior applicants.

- Operate excavators and piling equipment on site.
- Lead small site crews and coordinate daily operations.
- Read plans and ensure site requirements are met.
- Complete daily pre-starts and maintain site documentation.
- Work safely and efficiently according to site rules.

$45-$50 per hour + Penalties + Super + RDO Accrual
We are seeking experienced Piling Operators and Leading Hands to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for experienced civil construction workers looking for ongoing work, competitive rates and the opportunity to work across a variety of piling and foundation projects.
You will be working across projects predominantly throughout South East Queensland, with some away work available from time to time.
Depending on your experience, duties may include:
Operating excavators and piling equipment
Screw piling, bored piling, sheet piling
Assisting with mobilisation, site setup and daily operations
Leading and coordinating small site crews
Reading plans and understanding site requirements
Completing daily pre-starts and site documentation
Working safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements
Previous experience in piling is highly advantageous
Experience operating excavators and/or piling equipment
Leading Hand or supervisory experience desirable for senior applicants
Strong understanding of construction site safety
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Current driver's licence
Construction White Card
Relevant plant tickets and licences
$45-$50 per hour, depending on experience
Penalty rates applicable
Superannuation
RDO accrual
Daily fares allowance applicable
Predominantly South East Queensland projects
Some away work available
Ongoing work across a range of civil and piling projects
