Job summary

Telum is seeking experienced Civil Construction Workers for a major Western Downs/Dalby project. Open roles include Leading Hand – Earthworks, Leading Hand – Gravels/Pavement, Civil Labourers and Roller Operators, all requiring proven civil construction experience and the right licences.

A White Card and a strong commitment to site safety are essential. Accommodation and meals are provided, with transport from designated pickup points and a 12‑hour 15:6 swing.

Responsibilities

• Leading Hand – Earthworks: bulk earthworks and working with Moxy and Scraper fleets
• Leading Hand – Gravels/Pavement: DTMR roadworks, gravel and pavement construction, including cement-modified pavements
• Civil Labourers: general civil construction experience, with MV/HV licence, Telehandler experience/ticket or amenities/site cleaning experience highly regarded
• Roller Operators: proven experience operating rollers, preferably within civil construction or roadworks

We are seeking experienced Civil Construction Workers with Earthworks Exp for an upcoming major project in the Western Downs/Dalby region. We are looking for reliable, experienced people across Leading Hand, Civil Labourer, Site Cleaner, Heavy Vehicle and Roller Operator positions. Candidates with the specific civil construction experience outlined below are encouraged to apply.

Positions & experience

• Leading Hand – Earthworks: bulk earthworks and working with Moxy and Scraper fleets
• Leading Hand – Gravels/Pavement: DTMR roadworks, gravel and pavement construction, including cement-modified pavements
