Job summary

ADN Earthworks, a Western Sydney-based excavation, piling and civil construction company, is seeking an experienced Piling Rig Operator for Sydney-based projects. Immediate start available for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding team.

You will operate piling rigs (Soilmec/Bauer), read plans, and follow set-out instructions while maintaining top safety standards in a variety of civil, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Piling rig operator with experience in Soilmec and Bauer rigs.
• Bored piling and CFA experience.
• Able to read plans and follow set-out instructions.
• Strong understanding of safe piling practices.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• White Card and relevant tickets/licences.
• Sydney-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently on site.
• Read plans and follow set-out instructions.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team on Sydney-based projects.
• Maintain and report equipment condition and usage.
