Job summary

AWX is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for ongoing civil work across the Sunshine Coast. You will join established crews, performing bulk and detailed excavation, trenching and drainage works with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include site preparation, earthworks, and working with site plans and SWMS. Applicants should have proven excavator operating experience, civil construction background, and a strong safety mindset. Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Previous excavator operating experience on civil sites.
• Civil construction experience working on Sunshine Coast or similar.
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance.
• Reliable work ethic and professional attitude; able to work in a team.

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently.

• Work around existing services and other site plant.

Experienced Excavator Operator? We have ongoing civil work available across the Sunshine Coast.

We're looking for capable and reliable Excavator Operators to join established civil construction crews working across a variety of projects.

From bulk earthworks and subdivisions through to drainage and detailed excavation, there's plenty of variety and ongoing work available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating Excavators safely and efficiently
• Bulk and detailed excavation
• Trenching and drainage works
• Site preparation and earthworks
• Working around existing services and other site plant
• Completing daily pre-starts and machinery checks
• Following site plans, SWMS and safety requirements

Subdivisions
Roadworks
Stormwater and drainage
Car parks
Earthworks
Civil infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• Proven Excavator operating experience
• Civil construction experience
• Relevant RIIs required
• Strong understanding of site safety
• Reliable work ethic and professional attitude
