Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new Brendale warehouse. The role blends frontline customer service with approximately 10 hours/week of receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping tasks.

Based in Brendale, you will work onsite 8:00am–4:00pm daily, handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with occasional repairs. Great for growth into sales or operations roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business/logistics preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations, including picking, packing and shipping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interaction with customers and team members.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfort using technology to enhance performance.

This is a unique role where you'll spend most of your day providing exceptional customer service and about 10 hours/week receiving, organising, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving shipping or payment issues, and following up with customers on orders. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to develop into a sales or operations role. If you're mechanically minded, you may also test and/or conduct easy repairs.

What You'll Do

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
