Job summary

Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a Brendale warehouse. You will spend most days assisting customers and about 10 hours weekly on receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products onsite.

This role is on site with hours 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, in a growing US company expanding in Australia. Training and development opportunities are available as you grow into sales or operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Receive, stock, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Pack, label, and ship orders.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, using company software to track orders and inventory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and warehouse operations.

Education
