Fieldpiece in Brendale, Brisbane area, is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new warehouse. You’ll spend most of your day delivering exceptional customer service and about 10 hours/week receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products.

This role requires being onsite every day from 8:00am-4:00pm at our Brendale location. To qualify, you MUST live in the Brisbane area and have full rights to work in Australia.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• One year of customer service experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and professionalism.

Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new warehouse in Brendale. This is a unique role where you'll spend most of your day providing exceptional customer service and about 10 hours/week receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving shipping or payment issues, and following up with customers on orders. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to develop into a sales or operations role. If you're mechanically minded, you may also test and/or conduct easy repairs.

What You'll Do

• Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs, as part of regular warehouse duties.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
