Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for our Brendale site in Brisbane. You will deliver excellent customer service while also handling receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products.

The role requires daily on-site presence from 8:00am to 4:00pm and involves inventory accuracy, order processing, and occasional testing or simple repairs. You should be mechanically minded, with a background in customer service and inventory control.

This is a unique role where you'll spend most of your day providing exceptional customer service and about 10 hours/week receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving shipping or payment issues, and following up with customers on orders. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to develop into a sales or operations role.
