Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new warehouse in Brendale. This unique role combines frontline customer service with practical warehouse tasks, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products.

You will work onsite from 8:00am to 4:00pm, live in the Brisbane area, and have full rights to work in Australia. The position offers opportunities to grow into sales or operations, with a focus on accurate order processing and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with inventory management and packing/shipping.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive, stock, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Pack, label, and ship orders.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse and use company systems to track orders.
