Job summary

Concentric in Frankston, Victoria seeks a Physiotherapist for Homecare to deliver client-centred home visits and therapeutic plans. You will assess, design and implement strategies to improve independence, safety and quality of life for clients in their homes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing professional development and a supportive team culture. Flexible hours and a strong mentoring program are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.
• Willing to travel to Mornington and surrounding areas.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Car and a valid Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities
