Job summary

Concentric is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess clients in their homes in the Mornington area, identify functional needs, and plan safe home modifications. You will design strategies to enhance independence and quality of life while collaborating with families and care teams.

The role offers flexibility with hours, a generous remuneration package, and a structured clinical mentoring and education program to support your professional growth and ongoing upskilling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Willing to travel to Frankston, Mornington and surrounding areas.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients in their homes to identify functional abilities and opportunities for safe home modifications.

• A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration
