Job summary

Concentric is seeking a physiotherapist to join our Point Cook & Tarneit team in VIC. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance daily living, mobility and self-care for clients.

You will collaborate with clients, families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, person-centred care. Ongoing professional development and mentoring are provided within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physiotherapy and registration to practise.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.

About Your New Role

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.

• Communicate effectively with Stakeholders


• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.


• Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of physiotherapy interventions.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.


• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.


• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
