HammondCare is looking for a Permanent Full-time Physiotherapist for a 7-month maternity leave contract in Scone, NSW. You will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services, support the care team, and work as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
• Experience in Rehabilitation, Aged Care or Palliative Care settings.
• Current driver's licence and safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in maintaining optimal function and wellbeing.
• Provide effective and efficient Physiotherapy service.
• Assess residents' functional mobility and care needs.
