Job summary

Dementia Support Australia is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physiotherapist in Nowra to join their restorative care team. This is a permanent Full-time role and looks after clients living in the Illawarra/South Coast Region. You have the option to work from our Horsley or Nowra office locationAs a Physiotherapist (Full-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.* This is a fulfilling role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload.* The role will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic-based).* Delivering person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement consistent with the values of HammondCare and AHPRA.* A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting.
