Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a physiotherapist to join our Home Care Clinical Care & Practice Team in the South Coast region, with the option to work from our Batehaven or Nowra offices. You’ll assess and treat older adults living at home, supporting independence and wellbeing.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, travel between client homes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement within a not-for-profit setting backed by AHPRA.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in Aged Care, Inpatient, Community, Home-Based or Rehabilitation settings.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional care needs and set care goals for home care clients.
• Provide treatment and intervention to help clients stay active and independent at home.
• Travel between client homes and HammondCare locations; work with multidisciplinary team.
