HammondCare is seeking an experienced full-time Occupational Therapist to support residents across dementia-specific residential homes in the Hunter region. The role entails working three days at Waratah, one day at Cardiff and one day at Scone, NSW, with travel between sites often required.
You will join a new internal Allied Health team, delivering resident-centered care, collaborating with a MDT, and pursuing evidence-based practice to improve quality of life for older people.

HammondCare is forming an exciting new internal Allied Health Care Team to work in Residential Care. Whilst having the autonomy to work with residents to achieve the best care outcomes, you will also be part of a broader team of in-house Allied Health professionals working alongside and supporting frontline teams.
