Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Scone is seeking a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist for a 7-month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Allied Health services, assess residents' needs, and work alongside a multi-disciplinary team. Qualifications

• Experience in providing services in Aged Care or Palliative Care is highly regarded.
• A current driver's licence and safe driving record are required.
• Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services.

• Provide effective Physiotherapy service to residents.
• Assess residents' level of functional mobility and care needs.
