Job summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. This phone-based role involves triage of new business leads, providing consultative guidance to prospective clients and their families relating to aged care, and coordinating with referrers and internal stakeholders.

You will engage with warm leads, leverage strong communication skills, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar customer service position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to triage and qualify leads with a solution-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone-based inquiries from prospective clients and families.
• Provide consultative advice and guide customers through the aged care journey.
• Triage leads, classify interest, and engage referrers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
