Job summary

CareVicinity is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Consultant (Outbound) to grow our marketplace by engaging care workers and converting them into active platform users. You will conduct consultative conversations, guide onboarding, and help providers build a sustainable pipeline of work while delivering timely support across phone, email and chat.

The role focuses on high-volume outreach (80+ calls/day) with a clear path to career growth in a fast-growing startup environment in Brisbane.

Qualifications

Experience in a call centre or high-volume sales environment.
Ability to hit targets and KPIs.
Confident in handling objections and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales journey from enquiry to onboarding and activation.
Conduct high-volume outbound phone outreach (80+ calls/day) using consultative selling.
Equip workers with knowledge to navigate the platform for jobs, shifts, and activity.
Provide prompt, first-line platform support via phone, email and chat.
Re-engage inactive providers to increase platform adoption and retention.
Coordinate onboarding with Client Success, Compliance and Accounts teams.
Maintain provider records and onboarding progress in company systems.
Identify opportunities to improve worker conversion, engagement and retention.
