Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Client Relationship Partner in Melbourne (Kew area) to drive residential product sales within a designated territory. You will work with a collaborative sales team to convert leads, build referral networks, and guide customers through My Aged Care processes.

The role emphasizes relationship management, empathy, and negotiation, with a focus on growing the customer base and enhancing wellbeing and life quality for clients in BaptistCare communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or relationship management roles.
• Ability to build trust and guide customers through decisions with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through sale of BaptistCare residential products and services.
• Develop and convert leads within designated territory.
• Build and maintain referral networks with GPs, hospitals, and community organisations.
• Record interactions in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate territory records.
• Coordinate site tours and Present facilities to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and align services accordingly.
• Prepare resident agreements and explain terms to residents and nominees.
• Travel between sites as required and participate in training.
