Job summary

Chemist Warehouse on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to lead store and dispensary operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliant dispensing.

You will supervise interns and staff, manage inventory, counsel customers, and drive business growth while enjoying flexible hours and competitive pay. A minimum of 3 years in a busy retail pharmacy and current AHPRA registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
• Professional patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions
• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
• Supervise Intern, Student Pharmacists and dispensary Assistants
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing
• Support and grow new business strategies

• At least 3 years of direct experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy is preferred
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Direct experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting, including dispensing, patient counselling, stock management, or pharmacy operations is highly advantageous.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
• Solid business acumen and eye for perfection
