Job summary

LocumCo is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to lead a busy community pharmacy in the Darling Downs region. You will own front-shop operations, drive performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting a pharmacy team.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering a competitive salary in the AU$70,000–AU$80,000 range plus superannuation and KPI bonuses. Location is Toowoomba-based with local commuting.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership experience in managing front-of-shop teams in a retail/pharmacy setting.
• Strong retail operations expertise including stock control, promotions and visual merchandising.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience with rostering and wage management, payroll basics.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
