The Pharmaceutical Locum Company – Mackay QLD is seeking a dynamic Pharmacist Manager to lead a community pharmacy team in the Mackay region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality patient care, dispensing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum one year of experience as a registered pharmacist.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to grow into a leadership role.
• Commitment to CPD points and training requirements.
• Ability to lead and promote pharmacy services within the team.
• Vaccination accreditation or willingness to obtain accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and check prescriptions accurately.
• Maintain the DD Book and monthly PBS claims.
• Oversee dispensary orders and stock management.
• Contribute to QCPP administration and compliance.
• Lead the pharmacy team and promote patient care.
