TerryWhite Chemmart Albany Creek is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our leadership team. This hands-on role focuses on developing the team, driving community engagement, and optimizing retail performance in a busy community pharmacy.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and pharmacy team, shaping how the retail side operates and grows, with input into merchandising and stock management. A proactive leader who can own initiatives will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pharmacy Retail Manager or a capable 2IC/Assistant Manager ready for the next step.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication.
