TerryWhite Chemmart Brookside is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the day-to-day dispensary operations and deliver exceptional healthcare and customer service to the Mitchelton community.

Qualifications

• Must have current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
• Vaccination and medication injection accreditation is required.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.

The Role:

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the success of the pharmacy, overseeing the day-to-day dispensary operations while ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare and customer service to the local community.

You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive operational excellence across all aspects of the business. Working closely with your team, you will ensure compliance with all professional, legislative, and company requirements while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

This role offers the opportunity to influence the strategic direction and growth of the pharmacy through effective inventory management, strong financial performance, service innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will proactively identify and manage risks, ensure all professional obligations are met, and promptly address and report any compliance concerns.

About You:

• You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
• Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Community Pharmacy experience preferred.

Vaccination and medication injection accreditation is required.

• Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
