Job summary

TerryWhite Chemmart Kedron is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the team and oversee daily operations within our Brisbane-area store. This hands-on role combines leadership, patient care and business management, with responsibility for DAA and aged care services.

You will work closely with pharmacists, technicians and assistants to maintain an organised, efficient pharmacy and deliver reliable care to our patients and community.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Experience in DAA packing and aged care pharmacy services.
• Experience using Quantum and Fred.
• Previous pharmacy management or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A practical understanding of stock management and pharmacy business performance.
• Commitment to patient care, professional standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including staffing, workflow, stock control and ordering.
• Lead, support and develop the pharmacy team, setting clear expectations and maintaining a positive workplace.

TerryWhite Chemmart Kedron is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and oversee the pharmacy’s daily operations.

This is a hands on role combining team leadership, patient care and business management, with responsibility for our DAA and aged care services. You’ll work closely with pharmacists, technicians and pharmacy assistants to maintain an organised, efficient pharmacy and deliver reliable care to our patients and community.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for
