TerryWhite Chemmart Tewantin is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our patient-centred team and deliver high-quality clinical services across vaccinations, prescribing and health programs. You will build trusted relationships with customers in a modern, supportive community pharmacy.

Key focus areas include Care Clinic consultations, patient education, and growing professional services while working with an experienced team that supports your clinical development and career progression.

Qualificações

• Hold current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
• Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent qualification).
• Have community pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Be vaccination accredited.
• Ideally hold Full Scope training and accreditation.
• Enjoy building strong relationships with customers and providing personalised care and advice.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering a wide range of clinical services, including vaccinations, Care Clinic consultations, health programs, and prescribing services.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients through exceptional customer service and personalised healthcare advice.

To be successful in this role, you will be:
