Evans Petersen Healthcare in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for a 12-month contract to promote a diabetes-focused portfolio. You will manage a defined territory, build GP relationships, and collaborate with the territory and state teams to drive growth.

This role offers onboarding, ongoing development, and travel, with a remuneration package including base salary, super, company car, and bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in science, health, or business discipline.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is desired but not essential.
• Strong communication, resilience and determination.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Promote prescription medicines and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with GPs in the territory.
• Collaborate with territory and state teams to drive growth.
• Travel across Northern Beaches with occasional travel to Lismore and Grafton.
• Become the go-to expert in the therapeutic area.

About the Role

• This role is focused on a well-defined territory in Sydney's Northern Beaches, along with country travel to Lismore and Grafton.


• Initial 12-month contract (strong potential to go permanent).


• Work closely with your territory team to drive growth.


• Build trusted relationships with GPs to improve patient outcomes.


• Promote prescription medicines and deliver on sales and activity targets.


• Become the go-to expert in your therapeutic area.


• Engage with both territory and state colleagues for shared success.


• Regional travel required approximately one week every six weeks.
