Job summary

Viatris Australia is seeking a Business Advisor to manage a designated territory and drive sales of dispensary and OTC products. The role focuses on maintaining first-line account relationships and exceeding defined targets while implementing quarterly business plans and strategic initiatives to optimize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales.
• At least 1 year experience working within Australia’s generic market.
• 1-2 years’ experience in B2B complex sales environments.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the designated territory ensuring continuation of optimum service to 1st line accounts.
• Exceed net sales targets for dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within the defined territory and targets.
• Maintain loyalty of 1st line accounts through close relationships to meet product requirements.
• Execute agreed business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities.
• Design and execute quarterly business plans with targets, actions and outcomes for each account.
• Deliver a first-class sales experience using insights, analytics and deal-level strategies.
• Address customer concerns, own territory issues and escalate when needed.
• Record and assess call outcomes in the required system.
