Job summary

Viatris Australia is seeking a Customer Relations Representative in Sydney to deliver high-level customer service to customers and external stakeholders via phone and email. You will build strong relationships, process orders, credits and returns, and coordinate cross-functional support to meet business needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s level qualification (pharmacy or business preferred), at least one year in a pharmacy setting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required.
• 1+ year experience working in pharmacy.
• Experience working in a customer facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hardworking, punctual, and patient.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and e-mail.
• Building relationships with customers and ensuring their experience is second to none.
• Processing orders, credits and returns.
• Liaise with cross functional teams to service ad hoc requests to deliver on business needs.
