Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven success in business development, licensing, market expansion or pharma commercialization.
• Strong commercial and financial capability including budgeting, forecasting, pipeline management and profitability oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for the Innovative Medicines and Patient Solutions business.
• Identify new business opportunities, therapeutic areas, products and service offerings.
• Build a strong pipeline of exclusive licensing, agency and market expansion opportunities.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
• Lead client proposals, RFPs, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee governance, regulatory compliance and patient-support programs.
